About the event

Your chance to watch the first two films in our "Belonging in the USA: Stories from our Neighbors" documentary trilogy in the comfort of your home.

  • The multi award-winning documentary "Belonging in the USA:  The Story of Michael D. McCarty."  Watch the trailer here. We are currently in need of partners/sponsors/underwriters for a national PBS run of the film which we hope will take place in 2024 (pending funding).
  • A sneak peak at our forthcoming documentary film, "Belonging in the USA:  The Story of Alicia & Antonio"  which we will be releasing in 2024.  Watch the trailer here.
  • We are currently raising post-production funds for, "Belonging in the USA:  The Story of the Tsuchiya Family."  Watch the teaser here.  We hope to raise enough funds this year to finish this film and get into the world in late 2025.

This screening is brought to you in part by the generous support of our sponsors, DoctoraStories & Legacy Connections Films.

Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email with a password protected link to enter the website for the virtual screening.  You will be able to watch on your own devices whenever you wish during the screening period between 2/20-3/31.

Tickets are pay what you can, with a minimum suggested cost of $26.  Should you wish to receive a tax donation for your ticket, you can instead make a tax deductible donation through our fiscal sponsor, Fractured Atlas (who take 8%) and then register for a "free ticket" to make sure to get the viewing info:  Make tax-free donation here.

Please note that the films will only be available to stream between February 20th and March 31st.  We ask that each person who will be attending the screening purchase a separate ticket.  Note that there are household/family tickets available for up to 5 people in a single household.

We also ask that you do not share the link and password with anyone who is not registered.
